Optimize operating structure and governance of a recently acquired bank affiliated leasing company
Project Design
- In conjunction with the client, develop a benchmark study to include five comparative bank affiliated leasing companies
- Conduct in depth interviews with the benchmark partners
- Evaluate the interview responses within the context of the client’s objectives
- Arrange client meetings with the benchmark partners to add additional depth
- Present findings to the client’s board of directors

- A clear picture of alternative operating and governance structures actually used in the industry
- Recommendations for the application of these structures to the client’s specific situation
