Nada Burić, an associate based in Slovenia, has extensive expertise in equipment leasing, banking and finance law, particularly in Central and Eastern European countries.  She is a lawyer with more than 30 years experience in banking and finance, advising clients in domestic and international markets.

Nada is particularly experienced at handling the sensitivities that arise when working with clients of different nationalities.  This skill enhances her ability to provide appropriate guidance and counsel during mergers & acquisitions, as well as during financial consolidations of small-to-medium-size companies – two of Nada’s legal specialties which often bring together different ethnic backgrounds.

Nada has been a frequent participant in Leaseurope conferences and for six years was a member of the Leaseurope Legal Affairs Committee. She is a founding member of the Slovenian Leasing Association and was chairlady of its Legal Affairs Committee.
She is also a qualified mediator in civil and commercial disputes, and a founding member of the Slovenian Mediators Association.

Nada began her career in the legal department of a multinational bank and during her 18 years there was active in all of the banks activities – retail, corporate, commercial, domestic and international. For the last 14 years she has been managing a private law office specializing in the financial sector. Nada is the legal counsel to investment funds, banks, insurance companies and  leasing companies.

In her spare time Nada is an enthusiastic sailor.
