TONY MYNSTED

Anthony J. (Tony) Mynsted joined The Alta Group in 2006 to expand client relationships in North America and promote the full range of Alta’s international consulting and training services.  One of his key responsibilities is marketing Alta Learners’ Track, a new online training curriculum for equipment leasing and finance companies.  His sales and marketing work is enabling Alta principals and other associates to focus on what they do best:  increasing the competitiveness, operational efficiency, and revenues of clients.

Few people are better equipped for the job than Tony. He has more than 40 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, lease consulting and training for manufacturers and leasing companies. He sold IBM Corporation products and solutions for 28 years, followed by 12 years working directly for IBM Global Financing (IGF). There, he was instrumental in developing and executing IGF’s Business Partner leasing program. He was the world-wide IGF client executive for Avnet, Inc., IBM’s largest customer, before joining The Alta Group.

Tony’s success as a salesman, sales manager, and executive is helping Alta strategically grow its consulting and training business.  His first-hand understanding of the challenges facing businesses today is helping clients leverage Alta’s services to improve the efficiency and profitability of their businesses.
