Persona Training, a specialist in vendor sales training, has joined international equipment leasing and asset finance consultancy The Alta Group as an Associate. Persona, whose Managing Director is Mike Ramsay, is a well-known and respected provider of training to vendors of a wide range of equipment types across Europe. The company specialises in “changing the culture of sales people”, and, in particular, training them in the use of rental products to enhance their sales performance.
